Aarne Vaik comments: "In response to grumbling of why we're able to see the sea from every window of the museum 24 hours a day, we decided to post this picture on our web page so that a million Estonians can get what jealous souls see as a "million-dollar" view.
I dare say that Estonia's most beautiful sky is to the north in the evening and on summer nights. That's why we pointed the camera straight towards the north. The Northern Lights can be caught there as well. Be attentive!"
Help for keeping the camera looking out to sea from the Käsmu Maritime Museum and the weather station operational is given by Beta Group and ITrotid. Connection made by Igor Exa, stream shared by EeNet.
The Mobotix camera and Davis weather station were installed in late February of 2009.
